Mangolanguages
Looking at all the Web 2.0 websites I gravitated towards the language ones. I looked at mangolanguages and spanishpod. They were interesting but there was too much translation. I guess if you are a motivated learner those sites are perfect but I was disappointed because they eventually cost something and the dialogues were either too easy or too random.

I think the NJ State Library is looking at various online language learning programs to offer to libraries (i.e., they would be free to nj library users with cards).
